Course content

    - Practice techniques that improve decision-making and creativity by slowing down.

    - Recognise how pause can become a leadership tool in times of disruption.

  • Module 3: Mess — Finding Meaning in Uncertainty

    Explore how to embrace complexity rather than fight it. You’ll use personal and organisational values as anchors, turning ambiguity into direction and shared purpose.

  • Module 5: Try — From Vision to Experimentation

    Move from ideas into action with safe-to-try experiments. You’ll design small steps, pilot new approaches, and build momentum by showing progress, even when the path isn’t fully clear.

  • Module 6: Restart — Creating Alignment & Momentum

    Turn lessons learned into renewed clarity and direction. You’ll practice setting shared goals, priorities, and rhythms that keep people aligned and motivated through the journey of change.

    Bring it all together. You’ll connect Pause, Mess, Play, Try, and Restart into a flexible toolkit you can apply to any change context, preparing for your final project showcase.
