This is a one day workshop, usually 121 or a small team, where we work through the outline of the 6 chapters and the options you have to share with your teams.
Ideal if you want a framework to work through and deliver in-house.

We start with the one day workshop, and then over 3 months work with you to develop a programme of implementing, engaging and embedding the change story.
Ideal if you want more support to develop a programme to implement the change narrative.
