We use ‘The six chapters of a strategic change narrative’ to shape your story, and we use ‘Four steps of Change Implementation’ to create a plan to implement in your team and business.

How to work with us

  • This is a one day workshop, usually 121 or a small team, where we work through the outline of the 6 chapters and the options you have to share with your teams.

    Ideal if you want a framework to work through and deliver in-house.

  • We start with the one day workshop, and then over 3 months work with you to develop a programme of implementing, engaging and embedding the change story.

    Ideal if you want more support to develop a programme to implement the change narrative.

  • We can provide interim or contractor support if you want someone to be part of the team for a longer term contract.

    Ideal if you need more resource in-house to support the change programme.
