Change mastery for teams

when your team is navigating change…

When your team is working through change you might be in the same sea, but you are not all in the same boat.

Our experience works through the five steps of change from a team perspective, helping team members to process, as individuals, and helping to connect as a group.

Through a deeper understanding of the ‘empathy gap’, an exploration of personal v team values and finding the ‘overlap’ of common goals, the team move into a place of focus, clarity and united momentum.

The team day workshop

We work in a few ways with teams but the most popular is the full day workshop. This can be online or in-person. We spend the day working through team change dynamics, team values v personal values - and sharing our own personal change stories.

Personal Change

We work on personal change mastery, and develop an understanding of how we all process change differently.

team change

We work on what the team needs and wants to achieve, the challenges, the barriers and share perspectives on how things get delivered.

We use the five steps of navigating change to hold space to think, share and develop ideas. As we work through the steps we move from thinking to conversation to decisions. The experience moves with the pace of the team, rather than being dictated to by an agenda.

a change manifesto

The final part is to create a change manifesto which includes ways of working, shared goals, and a commitment on how you will support each other.

work with us

We work with teams, from teams of 3 to 100, and design a programme or event experience which takes the team from a group of individuals to a united team focused behind one goal.

  • Five weekly 60 minute coaching and thinking space group calls

The Another Door Opens experience is a space to think through change.

A space to pause and think - take time to process, reflect, let go

get messy and uncomfortable - get to what you want, what you need

play and explore ideas - be curious, see opportunity, find solutions

take small steps and try - make progress, deal with the tricky stuff, move on

be intentional and do success your way - own what happens next

This experience slows down how you are processing change so that you can get to know yourself and your team better in this moment.

The team explores individuals change stories, personal values, team values and the empathy gap that exists when team’s navigate change.
