Eleanor Tweddell

Founder of Another Door | Author | Change Enthusiast | Multi-Hyphen Creator

I didn’t set out to become “the change person.”
But change found me, in the form of redundancy.

What could have felt like an ending became the beginning of something entirely different. I decided to treat that moment of disruption as an opportunity. I started a blog… which became a book… which became a business… and ultimately a whole new chapter I could never have predicted.

That experience taught me: when we meet change with curiosity instead of fear, entirely new doors open.
That’s why I created Another Door and why I now teach Change Mastery.

Before all of this, I spent 20 years in senior management roles with brands such as Costa Coffee, Whitbread, RAC, Virgin Atlantic and Vodafone. These days, I lean fully into my multi-hyphen life, consulting and contracting with brilliant clients including Channel 4, Reach plc, BAFTA, Anglo American, Harvey Nichols and Bristol Water.

I’m also an author with Penguin Random House and Bonnier UK, and the host of the Another Door podcast. Over the years, my work has been featured in the Financial Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, and Red magazine, and I’ve written for Platinum, Grazia, WIRED, We Are The City and Thrive Global.

Maybe the thing that matters most for this programme:
I understand change - personally, professionally, emotionally, creatively.
I’ve lived it, resisted it, embraced it, and rebuilt from it. I now learn it, research it, and keep growing my curiosity around my guiding question: How can we do change better?

And I’m here to help you do the same in your own way.

Together, we’ll turn your moment of change into your next opportunity,
and your simmering idea into the idea that leads your next chapter.

And as well as experiencing change yourself, you’ll develop the skill of Change Mastery, something that can change your life.

Eleanor

see change as opportunity

We all have a relationship with change. Some of us resist it. Some of us chase it. Most of us simply react to it.

But do we know how to do change well.
We wait until something forces our hand.
We wait until “survival mode” kicks in.
And we end up muddling through the mess.

But change isn’t something to fear or avoid.
It’s something to master.

This programme interrupts the assumptions, habits, and unhelpful stories we carry about change. Instead, you’ll learn a clearer, braver, more intentional way of working with it.

You’ll explore fresh perspectives, grounded tools, and a practical framework to help you understand change, personally and professionally, and use it as the catalyst for your next chapter.

Because change isn’t a neat A-to-B project.
It’s everywhere. All the time.
You navigated change today, whether you noticed or not.

What if you could get better at change?

What if you could create space to pause, rethink, and see new opportunities in the uncertainty?

What if you had a framework you could rely on, one that helps you move from a simmering idea to the idea, and turn it into something real?

That’s what Change Interrupted: The Change Mastery Programme is here to help you do.

Over six months, you'll develop Change Mastery as a skill and apply a practical, step-by-step framework to shape the next chapter of your work or business. You’ll explore your ideas, refine them, test them, and build momentum, so that by the end of the programme, you’re ready to launch your new direction or new idea with confidence and clarity.
