When one door closes…
how to navigate the messiness of change to find joy and opportunity
A five week group programme experience supporting you when a door closes.
Beta cohort starts on 1st April
Every Tuesday for 5 weeks 6pm - 7pm GMT
A door closed.
And now you are at a crossroads.
What happens next?
Some days you have so many ideas.
Some days you have no ideas.
A blank page. Maybe a few doodles.
You are still processing. Thinking about what has gone, what has been lost, maybe even why, how.
But you are also ready.
Ready to turn to face another door that is about to open.
To navigate that space in-between.
It will be messy, it will be uncomfortable.
But it’s also full of possibility, and opportunity, and joy.
When change knocks on your door you enter a World of saying goodbye, of emotions, of loss, of fear, worry, hope, of not knowing what to do next, of emptiness, of some ideas, of too many ideas, of doing nothing, of doing everything.
It can be overwhelming, confusing, frustrating, lonely.
It can also be hopeful, curious, exciting, a time of possibility.
When you join The Experience we work through five zones to get us to a place of absolute clarity, calmness, clear thinking and taking intentional action.
We embrace the mess that change brings, and we make space to find joy and opportunity.
A space to think. a space to explore. a space to find possibilities.
We won’t give you the answers.
We’ll help you find your own.
Through thought-provoking exercises, gentle challenges, and a supportive group, we’ll create space to share thoughts, ideas, insights and progress moments.
We use a simple framework to:
Make sense of where you are
Rethink what matters
Take action without the overwhelm
Explore opportunities from a fresh perspective
Whether you’re navigating a new job, a promotion, leading your team through change, losing your job, a shift in direction, an unexpected life change, or just trying to figure out your next move, this course will give you the space to think it through and move forward with intention.
The Five Zones of Navigating change
-
Pressing the Pause button
Press pause. Be still. Acknowledge the void. Create time to think. Look after yourself. Work on letting go.
-
Embracing the mess
Embrace the messy emotions. Have no answers. Get to know yourself. Get uncomfortable. Search for purpose.
-
An invitation to play
An invitation to play. Go exploring. Get curious. Think differently. Have ideas. Know the problem. Find the solution.
-
The joy of trying
Find joy in trying. Make imperfect progress. Know the time is right. Handle the tricky stuff. Take one step at a time.
-
An intentional restart
Restart with intention. Take ownership. Say yes. Say no. Show up. Create success, your way. Full permission to move forwards...
The Another Door Opens experience is a space to think through change.
A space to pause and think - take time to process, reflect, let go
get messy and uncomfortable - get to know what you want, what you need
play and explore ideas - be curious, see opportunity, find solutions
take small steps and try - make progress, deal with the tricky stuff, move on
be intentional and do success your way - own what happens next
This experience slows down how you are processing change so that you can get to know yourself better in this moment. It’s not just a navigation for the door closing, it’s a way of handling change whenever it comes into your life.
see change as opportunity.
