You are stepping out of the space in-between and making what happens next be the best thing to happen to you. And you are so excited - this is what you really want to do.
And then, all that dam fear sweeps in, that chitter chatter asking you what you think you are doing, you know what you’ve got to do, but you hold yourself back.
That overwhelming feeling of so much to do, but where to start.
It can be calmer. It can feel good. You can enjoy it!
What if you had someone there with you, to cheer you on, help you when you get stuck, be a sounding board, be there to encourage, and be there to celebrate.
Where do you start?
Come and get lost with us for a while.
The next door you walk through can feel daunting, it can be everything you want and need, but fear takes over. We use the Five Steps to help you work through your options, your decisions, and get clarity on what you want.
You have 3 choices, stick, twist or bust.
Stick to your expertise, but upgrade your job in some way (flexible hours, location, organisation)
Twist your expertise, do it a different way (teach it, coach it, consult, go freelance)
Bust, go all out, do something completely different (retrain, start a business, go travelling)
This programme is designed to help you work through your choices. When you are starting something new you don’t need to be alone.
By the end of the programme you will:
Know what you want to do next
Know why you want to do it
Know how you are going to do it
And you will have taken your first steps to making it happen (in fact most people have achieved part, if not all of their goal by the end - got the job, started the business, created their podcast etc)

We are focused on creating a strong community to support and encourage each other. We use a Whats App group as well as the online learning platform area for you to share your thoughts and ideas.
The group programme starts 21st September.

Being lost is all part of the process of change. Don’t be worried about not knowing things.
You know you want something else, and that’s all you need right now.
If you want change in your life being lost is the first step. It’s goes something like:
I don’t want this anymore
But I don’t know what I want

It’s maybe ok here. It will do.
But it wont do.
