On this episode I speak to Dr Amina Aitsi-Selmi author of The Success Trap. We sat next to each other at the recent Business Book Awards and thought we really needed to jump on the podcast and chat! So here is our chat. Amina shares her brilliant career change story and her guidance on how to avoid the success trap and stay stuck!

A bit about Dr Amina

Over a 15+ year career as a doctor, scientist and population health expert specialised in social psychology and behaviour change, Dr Amina has worked in hospitals, delivered babies in a war zone, and advised and the United Nations on Climate Change. In 2016, she created her own coaching and consulting practice, replaced her full time doctor's income and have since spent 1000+ hours serving talented professionals and visionary leaders like you who are committed to creating the career, life and impact they truly want.

Dr Amina has trained with some of the best coaches in the world to offer a world-class coaching. Certified with the Tony Robbins School of Coaching as well as with MITx on Leadership in Times of Change and with Oxford University in Philosophy of Mind. She graduated from Cambridge Medical School in 2002, and holds a Masters in Public Health from LSHTM and a PhD in Social Epidemiology from UCL.
