five steps to navigating change to find calm, joy and opportunity

From uncertainty and the unknown, to stepping into your next chapter

You are in a wave of change,

in that space in-between,

at a crossroads, and you are thinking now what do I do?

When change knocks on your door you enter a world of saying goodbye, of emotions, of loss, of fear, worry, hope, of not knowing what to do next, of emptiness, of some ideas, of too many ideas, of doing nothing, of doing everything.

It can be overwhelming, confusing, frustrating, lonely.

It can also be hopeful, curious, exciting, a time of possibility.

When you join the programme we work through five zones to get us to a place of absolute clarity, calmness, clear thinking and taking intentional action.

We embrace the mess that change brings, and we make space to find joy and opportunity.

A five step curriculum

You journey through five zones over five weeks, developing skills and techniques as you go, gaining insights and gently moving from feeling stuck, to clear, intentional action.

a space to think through change.

Through a tried and tested framework, curated to align with your experience, this is designed for you to find your path through change; reducing overwhelm, while creating space to explore ideas and opportunity.

It’s a space to pause and think - take time to process, reflect, let go

get messy and uncomfortable - get to know what you want, what you need

play and explore ideas - be curious, see opportunity, find solutions

take small steps and try - make progress, deal with the tricky stuff

be intentional and do success your way - own what happens next

This experience slows down how you are processing change so that you can get to know yourself better in this moment. It’s not just a navigation for a door closing, it’s a way of handling change whenever it comes into your life.

see change as opportunity.

A guided path through the messiness of change, towards possibility and purpose.
