We’ve created this experience to make thinking easy.

Time is valuable. Time feels scarce. So if you take time out to think, you want to use it well. We create space to think, using a framework to provoke thoughts, which move people through their own personal experience.

This is not about teaching.

To own change you have to teach yourself.

Imagine if your employees embraced change, understood what it meant to them, leaned into the transformation vision and owned it.

Because it meant just as much to them, as to you.

That’s the missing piece.

When organisations go through change we are (sometimes) brilliant at telling people about that new direction, maybe even selling the end goals, showing people the north star.

But true change happens on an individual basis.

People need to know what it means to them. And that they will be ok. They might even be able to see opportunity in the vision.

We know you haven’t got time to create individual personal change plans for everyone.
