Episode 105 - Rethink Masculinity with Dan Stanley

In this episode I am joined by Dan Stanley who gives an open and honest account of the light bulb moment he realised something needed to change and how easily men can get swept up in what society expects.

Dan talks about how the World has moved on but somehow masculinity has got left behind, and in some parts is refusing to evolve. In his new book, Rethinking Masculinity, Dan explores what this means for men, and how there could be a much happier life on the other side of change. Instead of feeling like it’s loss, a fresh perspective is in fact gain.
