  • The personal licence covers you and your immediate team of up to 5 people — sharing access, using the materials in team sessions, and adapting the slides. For wider rollout across a larger organisation, enquire about an organisational licence.

  • Whenever you're ready — there's no expiry on your session. After purchase you'll receive a booking link to schedule directly with Eleanor. Some people book immediately, others work through the course first.

  • We offer a 7-day refund from date of purchase if the Toolkit isn't right for you — provided the 1:1 session hasn't been used. Drop a note to hello@anotherdoor.co.uk.

  • Yes — that's what they're there for. The personal licence covers running sessions with up to 5 team members. The facilitation guide walks you through how. For larger teams or organisational use, get in touch about a team licence.

  • Lifetime access on the Circle platform. Return to the recordings, course and resources whenever change arrives again — which it will.
