Change Mastery® · Full day experience

Change how you do change.

A day to think
through change.

A day to pause. explore.

Begin again.

One day. Five steps. A framework you'll use for the rest of your life.

Online, live with Eleanor Tweddell.

Not a course.
Not a workshop.

A thinking space. Structured around the 5-step Change Mastery® framework.

You think, reflect, create. You leave with a personal Change Blueprint - a map for what's next.

A skill you'll never not need.

Most of us were never taught how to think well in uncertainty. This day changes that. Once you have the framework, you have it for every change that comes.

Change isn’t something to survive. It’s something to master.
— Eleanor Tweddell · Another Door Opens

Who this is for

It’s for you. because You're already
in it.

We all are. Change isn't a phase you move through, it's the environment you live in. Most of us were never taught to navigate it well. We are changing that.

The part that often gets missed

Change is messy. Not just logistically, emotionally. The conflicting feelings. The 3am thoughts. The days when you can't tell if what you're feeling is fear or excitement or grief or all three at once.

Most change programmes pretend that bit doesn't exist. We put it at the centre.

Because when you understand your own emotional landscape in change, really understand it, not just push through it, everything shifts.

You make better decisions under pressure. You hold steady when people around you need you to. You stop reacting and start thinking, moving, leading, even when you don't have all the answers.

When you know how to navigate change, you show up differently. Calmer under pressure. Clearer in uncertainty. More useful to the people around you when things get hard.

This isn't just a skill for you. It's a skill for every team you'll ever lead, every colleague you'll ever support, every person who'll one day look to you and wonder how you stay so grounded.

→ You're ready to rethink

Something has shifted. You want to move forward but need space to think before you act.

→ You're navigating change at work

Transformation programmes, restructure, a new role, a shift in direction. You want to turn disruption into opportunity.

→ You're leading others through change

You're holding space for your team while navigating your own uncertainty. You want tools and language to lead well.

→ You're at a crossroads

A career pivot, redundancy, a life transition, selling a business, retiring, returning to work. You're between chapters.

→ You want to master change

Not just survive, but build the capability to navigate every change, now and in the future.

On the agenda

  • Introduction - Change Mastery

    Mindset

Shift your perspective from resisting change to mastering it. You’ll explore your current patterns, challenge limiting assumptions, and build the adaptive mindset needed to navigate disruption with curiosity.

-Explore what it means to thrive in change.

-Identify your own patterns and assumptions about change.

-Understand your personal “Change Mastery default”.

  • Step 1 - Reflect and Think

    Pause

Discover how intentional pauses fuel better thinking, clearer priorities, and creative breakthroughs. Explore how to lead and show up with calm even when the pace of change feels relentless.

    -Learn to pause strategically.

-Practice techniques that create space for quality thinking.

-Use the pause to get clear on what you want, what you need and why.

  • Step 2 - Embrace and Reset

    Mess

Explore how to embrace the complexity of change. Use this as a moment to get to know yourself. You’ll use values as anchors. You’ll explore the mess to start to uncover questions, and unruffle possibility.

    -Embrace complexity and emotions.

-Use values as anchors to guide direction.

-Get to know new you, who you want to be, who you need to be.

  • Step 3 - Explore and create

    Play

See change as a playground for new ideas. Through curiosity, imagination, and exploring, you’ll learn how to reframe problems, spark innovation, and start to create ideas.

-Explore the role of curiosity, imagination, and experimentation in problem-solving.

-Practice reframing challenges to unlock new insights.

-Tune into your energy to guide you to take the next steps.

  • Step 4 - Move and build

    Try

Move from ideas into action with safe-to-try experiments. You’ll design small steps, pilot new approaches, and build momentum by showing progress, even when the path isn’t fully clear.

-Turn ideas into tangible action through small, low-risk experiments.

-Design phased approaches to test, learn, and adapt.

-Develop strategies to engage audiences and stakeholders in your “messy vision.”

  • Step 5 - Commit and Grow

    Restart

Restarting with intention and full ownership of what you want, what you need and why. Create conditions to thrive.

-Translate experimentation into a vision, priorities, and deliverables.

-Establish rhythms of accountability and check-ins to keep momentum.

-Keep aligned to your values while growing your idea and transitioning into ‘business as usual’.

  • Close - Reflect and sense making

    Integrate

Bring it all together. You’ll connect your thinking into a flexible toolkit you can apply to any change context.

-Develop a ‘ Change Mastery’ project to explore, create, share.

-Explore how to adapt the steps for different contexts (personal, team, organisational).

What the day is

A different kind
of learning.

This is not a lecture. It's not a workshop where you sit and watch. It's a thinking space, structured, spacious, and designed for genuine reflection.

Each module opens with introducing a step of the framework. As you are guided through thinking prompts, the session becomes yours. You think, reflect, write, sit with what comes up. There's no pressure to perform, no wrong answers, no requirement to be seen.

Camera on or off. Interact as much or as little as you want. Between modules, there are optional group share moments but the real work happens inside your own thinking.

How the day works

  1. Facilitated live - a real-time human experience, not a recording

  2. 7 modules across the day - intro to change, the 5 steps, and a closing integration session

  3. Each module is designed as a thinking space, guided by prompts and tools

  4. Optional sharing between modules - join the conversation or keep to yourself

  5. Your Change Mastery Blueprint builds throughout the day - you leave with a complete personal toolkit
